Hi, my name is Jonny, and I am a fully qualified psychosexual and relationship therapist registered with COSRT.

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can initially feel daunting, but it can become a life-changing and affirming experience. It is my job to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to explore whatever issue is troubling you, although engaging in therapy can be hugely beneficial even without a specific problem.

I practice an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy that reflects both my training background and personal philosophy. Integrative means utilising a range of different approaches and techniques rather than subscribing to one specific modality; different approaches work for different people and issues, and all might have something useful to offer. The most important aspect is that we will work collaboratively to find the approach that best resonates with you.

I offer sessions in person or online with a free 15-minute initial consultation that is usually conducted by phone or online. Please feel free to contact me for any further information.

Sessions are £50 for individuals and £70 for couples.

Please read further for a (by no means complete) list of issues with which I work, firstly psychosexual and secondly relationship  (there will often be a crossover between the 2).
